S’wich is a new gourmet shawarma franchise established in Dubai. People across the world are becoming more health conscious and aware of what they’re consuming. The idea was to create a shawarma restaurant that would turn an old Middle Eastern favourite into a contemporary delight. By mixing and matching ingredients, people would have more than 1000 different ways to whip up their shawarma.
